Green Stone is hosting paid remote residencies for curious and motivated individuals aspiring to be experience, systems, and/or brand designers.

1:1 mentorship

Get 1:1 mentorship and experience with a leader that complements your learning style, and helps you grow.

From start-up to enterprise

No two teams are the same. Get experience at both ends of the spectrum and learn the in's and out's of collaboration.

One up your skills

Learn the tools and approaches Green Stone uses everyday. From creating customer flows and pitches to designing in Figma and prototyping in Webflow.

Industry experience

Interning at Green Stone you have the ability to work on the same projects our full-time designers are on. We’ll all jam together and in the end you’ll have industry work to add to your portfolio.

Traits We're Looking For

Know how to hit the heart and the head

You have thoughtful and novel ideas. And also want to bring them to life and show them to others and then make them better and more successful.

Systems thinker

At a macro level, you think about the experiences you design as journeys and moments over time. At a micro level, you understand how design systems work. Ultimately, you’re a problem solver who can diagnose the why behind the why behind the why.

Quick learner

You get out what you put in, so we expect that you put in a lot and be a sponge to new tools, ideas, and approaches. And to teach us a thing or two too.

Open to all

Students, recent grads, or anyone considering a career transition. You don’t have to be coming in from a university program. Underrepresented groups are encouraged to apply.

This is a full time position for approximately three months. We can work on the exact timing for each individual.

Internet access

We’re entirely remote, so a computer and high speed internet access is essential. If you need help, we can help.

Show us your work

Send us anything that gives us an idea of your skills, interests and work. If you have a portfolio that’s great but we know our dates might not align with when your portfolio is ready and live. Don't worry about polish, we care about your ideas, sketches, and how you think.
